<GST's Smart Factory SW & IIoT Device>
GSTI (CEO Oh Jun-cheol) will introduce 'Cloud Smart Factory' customized for precision processing companies.
'Cloud Smart Factory' is a system that replaces the server needed for smart factory construction and operation with cloud computing. Daesang also focused on optimizing the production environment of precision processors.
GST applied its own software and smart factory device for industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) -based machine tools to realize stable database use and analysis, strong security and trouble-free service, and fast deployment time.
The IIoT Smart Factory device monitors the entire process from the receipt of production parts to the processing and delivery of machine tools such as grinding machines and drilling machines.
The deployment cost is 25-30% cheaper than the existing one, and the deployment process is easy. It can also be deployed in a private cloud to meet corporate information security needs.
GSTI will establish its own Internet Data Center (IDC) to provide integrated manufacturing execution system (MES) cloud services to ensure smart factory construction and operational efficiency after implementation. After building the system at seven small and medium precision machining companies earlier this year, all of them received A grade or above, and quickly emerged as the standard model of smart factory for small and medium manufacturers.
